Activities

- Sampling: during your stay you can taste for free our products such as oil, wine, spirits and honey visiting our vineyards and tasting the wines directly in the cellar from the barriques.
- Nature trekking, mountain-bikes paths, wild animals watching, guided tours to montalcino's cellars and oil mills.
- Grapes harvesting, olive picking honey extraction.
The grapes harvesting begins the late days of september for a week, while the olive picking continues for a month from the 25th of october and every 2 days we go to the mill to produce the so called "olio novo" good for bruschettas.
Honey estraction starts from the end of july when all the flowers are gone. It's possible to see all the steps of the production.
